Multicultural Visit Program

The Multicultural Visit Program (MVP) is offered during the fall semester and is available to African American, Asian/Pacific American, Latino/a, and Native American high school seniors. Program participation is highly selective, seeking students serious about Oberlin and their education. Students accepted to the program will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Oberlin and stay in the residence halls, tour the campus, visit classes, and attend admissions and financial aid workshops. You’ll also have a chance to meet current students, professors, and admissions staff. More details and application materials can be found online at www.oberlin.edu/mvp.

Summer Interview Days

Touring colleges in the summer? Visit our campus and complete an admissions interview, tour campus with a current student, and learn more about Oberlin by attending an information session. Interviews are not required for admission to Oberlin (except for homeschooled students and students graduating from high school in less than four years), but they are recommended for all applicants. Registration for Interview Days will be available in late May.

Ohio Six College Tour

Join the Ohio Six College Tour in early August for the ultimate college road trip this summer! Ohio is home to some of the finest liberal arts colleges in the country, so you won't want to miss this opportunity to see them all at once. On your personalized road trip, you can visit six colleges in three days – Oberlin College, Denison University, Kenyon College, Ohio Wesleyan University, Wittenberg University, and the College of Wooster.

Registration available in June.

Regional Fly-In Programs

Take advantage of a special trip to Oberlin for prospective students from your area! Our "Fly-In" visit package includes round-trip air transportation, ground transportation in Cleveland to and from campus, overnight accommodations in a residence hall, and all meals on campus. You will have the opportunity to take a tour, talk with students, attend classes, meet with faculty members, and complete an interview in addition to spending the evening with a student host. Fly-In trips are made available to high school seniors during the fall semester.
