I was born and raised in Lorain, OH, which is a small city located about twenty miles north of Oberlin and sits on the mouth of Lake Erie. As a 2005 graduate of Oberlin College, I am excited to be working in the Office of Admissions.  At Oberlin, I double majored in politics and African-American Studies while simultaneously participating in the Bonner Scholars Program. In 2009, I graduated from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. After law school, I worked for a few law firms and more recently in Lorain City Schools, where I spearheaded a college access program for low-income and first generation college students.

In November 2011, I was elected Councilman at-Large in the City of Lorain. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, stand-up comedy, and hanging out with family and friends.

Deciding what college to attend is a very important decision and I am willing to help you learn more about Oberlin College, our academics, campus culture and greater community. I will be traveling to southern California and all throughout Lorain County. Hopefully, we’ll cross paths. If not, feel free to contact me by phone or email. See you soon!

Oberlin wins, 12-6. Since then, interscholastic sports programs have grown and the College now supports 22 varsity men's and women's teams.
