Imperialism, Urban and Social History; the Experience of Defeat in WWII.

  Professor O’Dwyer’s book manuscript, entitled Significant Soil: Settler Colonialism and Japan’s Urban Empire in Manchuria is forthcoming from Harvard University’s Asia Center Press in Spring 2015.
