I’m a clinical psychologist by training but an experimental psychologist by temperament. I teach Abnormal Psychology (PSYC 214), Advanced Methods in Human Psychophysiology (PSYC 305), and I participate in our team-taught Introduction to Psychological Science (PSYC 100) course. My research interests fall primarily in the realm of social and cognitive neuroscience, particularly psychological and physiological (both central and peripheral) responses associated with human face perception. I manage Oberlin’s Psychophysiology Laboratory.
