Eric Steggall is an arts manager, technical director and educator. With a BFA from Emerson College and a MFA from the University of Connecticut Eric has spent over 20 years helping to bring art from conception to fruition in a multitude of industries and forms with dozens of companies all over the country. A few companies that Eric has worked with include San Francisco Opera, Connecticut Repertoire Theater, The Lux Productions and Shakespeare Santa Cruz. Eric has also worked and taught at Solano College, Central Michigan University and recently Eric was the Production Manager at the University of California, Davis where he worked with the likes of Dominique Serrand, Juliette Carrillo, Barry McGovern and Bella Merlin. Recently Eric’s research has begun to focus on the exploration and integration of the philosophy and principals of Value Theory for crafting a language for communicating and quantifying the importance of art and it’s intrinsic impact on people and communities.
