TIMARA Screening Materials Mailing Form
To be completed by applicants mailing a TIMARA screening.
Music teacher recommendations will be submitted electronically through the Unified Application. The applicant will be required to provide the names and email addresses for two music teachers when completing the application. An email with detailed instructions for completing the recommendation will be sent to the music teacher as soon as the application is submitted.
