Conservatory Application Instructions and Checklist

Secondary School Report
To be completed by undergraduate applicants only.

Audition Materials Mailing Form
To be completed by applicants mailing screening tapes, recorded auditions, and scores.

TIMARA Screening Materials Mailing Form
To be completed by applicants mailing a TIMARA screening.

Music teacher recommendations will be submitted electronically through the Unified Application. The applicant will be required to provide the names and email addresses for two music teachers when completing the application.  An email with detailed instructions for completing the recommendation will be sent to the music teacher as soon as the application is submitted. We strongly advise the recommendation be submitted electronically; however, if it is not possible, a music teacher may complete and mail the Music Teacher Recommendation Form.

New Student Financial Aid Instructions

Noncustodial Parent Statement
If parents are separated or divorced, the parent who does not complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid must complete this statement.
