Our Record Label

Oberlin Music, a new commercial label from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music at Oberlin College, features select recordings made by Oberlin students and faculty that are available on traditional CDs as well as on digital music channels worldwide.

Oberlin Music debuts with two releases: The Oberlin Orchestra in China, recorded live in Beijing on December 30, 2005, and Beauty Surrounds Us, works written and performed by members of the jazz studies faculty.

For those who prefer to enhance their digital rather than their traditional recording libraries, the Conservatory has signed an agreement with Independent Online Distribution Alliance (IODA) to offer Oberlin materials digitally throughout the world. This new association makes Oberlin Music recordings available through many digital music distribution sources, including Apple's iTunes.
