April 2016 | Attend All Roads

Admitted students and their families are invited to a special visit program, All Roads Leads to Oberlin—or visit campus anytime during April.

May 2016 | Complete New Students Forms

Expect to receive a letter in mid-May from the Office of the Registrar about the New Students Forms. Our online registration database will have most of the forms you'll need to complete before arriving on campus. First-year students in the College of Arts and Sciences and Double Degree Program must register for one or two courses. You'll finalize your schedule during Orientation in August.

June 2016 | Select housing and meal plans

While you're probably eager to select a room and a roommate, registration for campus housing and dining opens June 1. Housing assignments are generally finalized by the end of July.

August 2016 | Register for classes

You’ll gain access to PRESTO, Oberlin’s online student records system, once you receive your matriculation materials. PRESTO has all the details about courses, course registration, and academic advising.

August 2016 | Attend New Student Orientation

Our weeklong Orientation program for first-year, international, and transfer students will introduce you to the wide range of resources available in the college and conservatory. This year's session is August 23-29, 2016. You'll attend welcoming programs, information sessions, tours, and recreational and social events and complete your course registration.

Take a Virtual Campus Tour

View the campus from above with our Aerial Oberlin Tour. Take a glimpse of places and spaces on campus where much of the academic, social, athletic, and musical activities occur, whether it’s in our highly ranked Allen Memorial Art Museum or the Adam J. Lewis Center for Environmental Studies, our flagship green building. Make a virtual walk-through to other campus spaces, including Wilder Bowl, the Science Center, Lemle Academic Commons, and more.
