What's different about OBIEWeb?
We have upgraded OBIEWeb to include several new features and provide more reliable service. We still provide online registration for some events, including online payment when applicable.

What else can I do with OBIEWeb?
Along with keeping your contact information up-to-date, you can seek out and e-mail fellow alumni, register for alumni events, submit Class Notes to the Oberlin Alumni Magazine, and access journal databases JSTOR and Project MUSE.

How do I email someone using OBIEWeb?
OBIEWeb provides a "blind email address" to our users. This means that rather than seeing someone's email address in their directory listing, you can click on the "Send an Email" icon within his or her profile to send a message, if an email address is on file with Oberlin. If you would like to have his or her email address for your records, you must ask that individual to provide that to you.

What is "My Alumni Profile"?
"My Alumni Profile" is your personal entryway into the new services of OBIEWeb. It allows you to update your personal information, establish a contacts list, manage your account, view recently posted Class Notes, post a photo, change your password and a host of other services. It IS NOT what the public will see when searching for your name in the directory. If you would like to see what others can view about you in the Directory, go to your profile page and click "View my public profile."
