Concert Programs
The Concert Production Office prints and distributes concert programs for all supported Conservatory events. The department recommends that all recital programs be submitted to the office (Bibbins 234) two weeks prior to the performance date to ensure appropriate attention to advertising, proofing and the preparation of production staff support for special equipment, tuning and/or audio needs.
Please open/download the Program Template for instructions on how to prepare and submit a recital program. Students should also reference the Recital Program and Information document for additional important info regarding tuning, stage setups, recordings, etc. Programs will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Note: No dedications or personal messages of any type may appear on the printed program. (See Conservatory Faculty Guide, p.46). A performer wishing to make a dedication or other statement may provide a separate program insert to be distributed with the printed programs.
