Project Description

On August 8, 2017, I will record an album of original country folk songs that represent the struggles I have personally witnessed in my hometown. Following the production, I will distribute the album to iTunes, Spotify, etc. and make physical copies.

My album aims to, first, artistically address the concerns and trials facing citizens of "Trump Country" and, secondly, communicate to more liberal communities (such as Oberlin) another perspective on country-folk music and the culture it represents.
