How to File a Report

Rebecca Mosely is the Interim Director of  Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and the Interim Title IX Coordinator. Students or employees of the college may meet with Rebecca before filing a complaint to discuss information about the college's discrimination and harassment policy and procedures, but a meeting with Rebecca is not a prerequisite for filing a complaint. 

Reports of discrimination or harassment can be made online or in writing within one (1) calendar year of the date of the last act of discrimination to the following people:

Reports about discrimination and harassment based on all protected categories should be directed in writing to Rebecca Mosely, Interim Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Interim Title IX Coordinator, either by email, online, or by U.S. mail addressed to Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Cox Administration Building, Room 202, 70 N. Reports about discrimination or harassment based on disability should be directed in writing to Elizabeth Hamilton, Section 504/ADA coordinator, either by email, or by U.S. mail addressed to Elizabeth Hamilton, Peters Hall, Room 217, 50 N. Reports about discrimination or harassment based in athletics can be directed in writing to Erica Rau, Head Volleyball Coach and Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics either by email, or by U.S. mail addressed to Athletics and Physical Education Department, Philips Gym, Room 102, 200 Woodland St., Oberlin, OH 44074. Erica can be reached by phone at 440-775-8505. Reports of discrimination and harassment in sports fall under the College's Sexual Misconduct Policy
