Winter Term

Information regarding Winter Term for Continuing/Returning Students:

Housing/Dining/ID Card Activation

• Students who are registered for an on-campus winter term project and need their ID Card activated should complete the Winter Term Housing Registration form.
• Students who will be on-campus for the Winter Term are required to register with the Office of Residential Education in order to ensure that their ID card is properly activated.  To ensure you are not charged $25.00 to reactivate your card, you must register by NOON on the dates listed below.
  
  If you plan to arrive between Jan 3-12 you need to be registered by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Jan 2nd.
  If you plan to arrive between Jan 13-19 you need to be registered by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan 10th.
  If you plan to arrive between Jan 20-26 you need to be registered by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan 17th.
  If you plan to arrive between Jan 27-Feb 3 you need to be registered by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan 24th.
• All college housing opens at 12 noon on the day prior to the official beginning of winter term. For 2012 this will be January 3rd at 12pm.
  
• The "Central Check-In" is held at Stevenson-Griswold, RE&DS Office, weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New students and students returning from leave should report to the Central Check-In location for room keys and RCRs. OCIDs will already have been activated for hall access and dining.
• Students not enrolled for spring semester must vacate college housing by 9:00 a.m. the day immediately following the official end of winter term.
