The following forms can be completed electronically:

Name or Address Change Reporting Form for students currently studying on F-1 visas at Oberlin College.

OPT Reporting Form for students already on OPT.

Application to become an International Peer Mentor for current students who would like to serve as a peer mentor in the next academic year.

Request an "Invitation Letter" so that family members can obtain visas to attend commencement exercises.

Request for Accommodation During Shut Down for students who need housing in Oberlin during the shut down period when all residence halls are closed.  There is a cost of $10.00 per student, per night (double occupancy) for the accommodation, and limited space is available.
