Wellness

Proper diet, sleep, and other wellness practices are essential for a healthy and happy college experience. The Office of Student Wellness recognizes the need to address the wellbeing of Oberlin College students through both traditional and innovative programs. In recent years, Oswell has been dedicated to developing educational programs to help students cope with the increasing academic and social demands of college while maintaining a focus on personal wellness.

Currently, our programs include professional massage for relaxation (at a reduced rate for students) and free, in hall  art-therapy workshops led by a certified art-therapist.
