About Our Office

The main offices of Procurement and Auxiliary Services are on the second floor of the Service Building, room 210. A director, an institutional buyer, an auxiliary services coordinator, and two administrative assistants staff the office. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1-4:30 p.m.

The Office of Procurement and Auxiliary Services includes the Telephone Office, located in the Service Building, room 211; Printing Services, located in room 110A in the Service Building; and the Student Mailroom located in the basement of Wilder Hall.

Oberlin College’s procurement office is part of the finance division and reports to the Associate Vice President for Finance.
