Applying

To apply, please complete the APPLICATION FORM and send along with:

  • Resumé
  • Two scores of recently composed works; include recordings (DC, DVD, or as a web link), if available; if live performance recordings are not available, MIDI realizations are acceptable, though not necessary. Please do not send any work over email.
  • Recommendation letter from someone able to assess your musical ability.
  • Application fee of $55 by check please, written to: Oberlin College

All materials must be postmarked no later than APRIL 10.
Late applications are accepted if enrollment permits.
A $55 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the application.

Limited scholarships to assist with tuition are available to those who have financial need. Please include a letter requesting this assistance with your application.

College Credit

One College Music Elective Credit is available for no extra fee for those who wish to apply for the credit. You must participate in all course sessions including the final concert to receive this credit.

Registration

Registration is on Sunday, June 30 from 1-5 pm. At this time, participants will be assigned to residence halls and receive schedules and other pertinent information.
