Oberlin’s Orientation helps incoming students make a successful transition to the College and the Conservatory of Music, both academically and socially. Orientation takes place during the week before classes begin. Parents are welcome to attend parent orientation events the first two days of Orientation.

Parents & Family Weekend
The Oberlin College community invites parents and family members to attend Parents & Family Weekend. Take part in Oberlin’s vibrant intellectual and social life and share the excitement of your son’s or daughter’s Oberlin experience—meet their friends, their professors, the president of the College, and other Oberlin parents.
