About the Airport Shuttles
Oberlin College has arranged to provide transportation with local transportation companies to offer weekday and academic break airport shuttles during the academic year, as well as academic break airport shuttle between Oberlin and the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).
Note: Please see below for each shuttle's bus stop locations in Oberlin and the BRT Academic Break Shuttle Schedule.
Airport bus stop location for Brecksville Road Transit (BRT) and Airport Oberlin Shuttle (AOS) is on the ticketing level of the airport outside of the Southwest Airlines' (curbside) former "LCT" stop. Please look for the "AOS" bus stop sign.
Plan to arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time; buses leave promptly.

Weekday airport shuttle trips depart from the Oberlin Inn first, then Firelands, 36 S. Pleasant St., then the pull-off in front of Wilder Hall, 135 W. Lorain St. The weekday airport shuttle runs only Monday through Friday during the following dates and times:
Shuttle Times: Departing Oberlin for CLE Airport:
11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Shuttle Times: Departing CLE Airport for Oberlin:
10:30 a.m. (shared shuttle), 12 p.m., 3:30 p.m. (shared shuttle), 5 p.m.
All other times, including weekend trips, available by reservation.
Fare:
- $15 per person (all scheduled shuttle)
- $25 per person (shared ride with another passenger)
- $49 per vehicle (up to three passengers) by reservation
BRT Academic Break Shuttle Schedule
The seasonal airport shuttle around academic breaks is a 47-passenger charter bus operated by Brecksville Road Transit (BRT). The Academic Break Airport Shuttle does not depart from the Oberlin Inn, it only departs from the Wilder Student Union pull-off, 135 W. Lorain St.
All seats for BRT academic break buses are $5. Reserve your seat in advance by visiting the airport shuttle online schedule: http://www.supersaas.com/schedule/OberlinAirport.
You will still need to bring $5 when boarding the bus. Refer to the airport shuttle website for all information regarding the seat reservation process. Reservations only give priority seating; all remaining seats will be sold first come, first served. If you do not plan to reserve a seat, you can still visit the website to view if any seats remain on a particular shuttle and plan accordingly. Please keep deadlines in mind when considering reserving a seat.
