Getting Help
CIT provides help in many areas. Information on specific information technology (IT) topics is available by clicking on one of the links at the left.
You may also receive help by:
- Sending an email message to cit@oberlin.edu.
- Viewing detailed "How to" information on the CIT Wiki.
- Visiting one of two, convenient CIT Help Desk locations:
- Level A of Mudd Center, Room 005. Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday, 9 A.M.-12 Noon and 1:30-4:30 P.M.
- Main level of Mudd Center, in the Academic Commons, either at the Information Desk or in room 112B. Hours of operation are: Sunday-Thursday, 4:30 P.M.-midnight (closed Friday and Saturday).
