You will find our offices a short walk from the center of campus in the Professional Services Building at 247 West Lorain Street, Suite D.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed noon to 1:00 p.m.), and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Same-day walk-in crisis consultation hours are Monday and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. to noon, and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

We discourage the use of email communications to contact us regarding an emergency or to schedule an appointment. Email is not a secure means of communication, nor is it an appropriate way to address your concerns.  Additionally, staff may not check email for extended periods.  The most effective way to receive prompt attention is to call the office during business hours. When the Counseling Center is closed and you need immediate care, please contact Campus Safety and Security at 440-775-8444.  You may also contact the Lorain County Mental Health Hotline, which is available for emergency assistance or consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 1-440-233-7232.
