ELEANOR GETZ (artistic director, choreographer, dancer, aerialist, circus artist) began herdance training at Canyon Concert Ballet in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she became acompany member in 2007. She trained at the Kansas City Ballet summer intensive, SnowyRange Dance Festival, the Richmond Ballet Summer Intensive, and the American DanceFestival, and earned her BFA in Modern Dance and Choreography in 2012 from VirginiaCommonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia. Following college, Eleanor completedthe Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Professional Training Program in Boulder, Colorado, earning acertification in aerial dance performance. With her peers from the FFP Professional TrainingProgram, Eleanor established Rabble Dance Collective in 2013. She currently trains andperforms at the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA), in Brattleboro, Vermont, whereshe completed the Intensive Year Program in June of 2014 and is continuing her training in theirProfessional Track training program for 2014/2015. Eleanor is one half of the acrobaticperforming duo, Teddy & Eleanor, and she currently specializes in the lyra, trapeze and partneracrobatics.
