Off-Campus Address Form
Students living off campus are required to submit their address and contact information to the Residential Education Office.
If you do not wish to have this information published in the college directory or Fussers, you must contact the Registrar's Office.

Failure to submit the "Off Campus Address Form" by the deadline will result in a $50.00 fine.
